1) What this policy covers
This policy applies to information collected through:
- The Site (pages, forms, and links)
- The Store Blueprint tool and interactive features
- Contact requests and email signups (if offered)
- Cookies, analytics, and similar tracking technologies
2) Information we collect
A) Information you provide
You may choose to provide:
- Name and contact details (example: contact form submissions, newsletter signups, downloads)
- Messages or questions you send to us
- Any information you enter into the Store Blueprint tool (example: niche, product ideas, goals, store structure)
B) Store Blueprint inputs and storage
We designed the Store Blueprint tool to be lightweight. At this time, we do not store your blueprint inputs in a database that we control. Your inputs are used to generate your output and may be processed temporarily to return results.
Important: even if we do not store blueprint inputs in a database, some data may still exist in short-term processing, security logs, or service provider systems needed to deliver the Site and Services (example: hosting, performance, and error monitoring). See “Service Providers” below.
C) Information collected automatically (usage data)
When you visit the Site, we may collect:
- IP address and approximate location (city/state level)
- Device, browser, and operating system details
- Pages viewed, clicks, time on page, and referring pages
- Cookie identifiers and similar signals
3) Why we collect and use information
We use information to:
- Operate the Site and deliver the Services
- Generate blueprint outputs based on what you enter (in-session)
- Respond to messages and support requests
- Send emails you opted into (if available)
- Measure performance and improve content, UX, and tool clarity
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues
4) Affiliate links and partner tracking
Store Build Lab may use affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and take an action (like signing up), we may earn a commission. This does not increase your price.
Affiliate partners may use cookies or tracking parameters to attribute referrals. Those partners handle their tracking under their own privacy policies.
5) Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep the Site functioning properly
- Understand what content helps users most
- Improve speed, UX, and conversion flow
- Attribute affiliate referrals
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impact certain features.
We may use analytics providers (example: Google Analytics or similar). These providers may place cookies and process usage data under their own policies.
6) When we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Service providers: Companies that help run the Site (hosting, forms, email delivery, analytics, security, performance, error monitoring). They access information only to perform services on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing.
- Legal and safety: If required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Business transfers: If we restructure, merge, or transfer assets, information may be included as part of that transaction.
7) Contact requests and communications
If you reach out through our contact form or other channels on the Site, we use the information you provide to respond and provide support.
If we offer email updates and you opt in, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.
8) Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to:
- Operate the Site and provide the Services
- Maintain basic records for legitimate business purposes
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements
Blueprint tool inputs are not stored in our database at this time, but standard technical logs (example: server logs) may be retained for security and performance.
9) Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No online system is guaranteed secure, so please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through the tool or forms.
10) Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, and to object to certain processing.

11) Children’s privacy
The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
12) International visitors
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States where privacy laws may differ.
13) Do Not Track
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because standards vary, we may not respond to those signals.
14) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated policy.
